notification was done through the single office and in addition signs were placed up giving notice of today's hearing.
this -- this proposed plat meets the -- the title 30, the subdivision requirements and staff recommends its approval.

number 3 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a proposed street name assignment for a private easement to be known as "caslano cove" off shore vista drive near quinlan park road.
>> move that the public hearing be opened.

that carries unanimously.
>> we have three -- good morning, joe gieselman with transportation natural resources department.
we have three residents who live on an unnamed easement for 911 response purposes, we typically give a name to facilitate a response.
it does not mean the county will maintain the easement or take any responsibility for the signage.
but it does facilitate 911 response and the owners have agreed that caslano cove is the name of choice.
so today we're having a public hearing to find out if that name is acceptable to everyone.
it has already gone through the 911 coordinating committee so it's not a duplicative name anywhere else in the county.

typically we approve these unless there's opposition and if there is none -- this is on our agenda as action item no.
