this morning we indicated our intention to take number 14 into executive session and 14 is the pilot initiative regarding Travis County wheels accept donations for the program and add the bikes to the asset inventory.
this will be under consultation with attorney.

30 the matter involving the tax resale deed to kristine suzanne shaw resale deed, move that we authorize the can judge to sign the proposed tax resale deed to kristine suzanne shaw resale who has paid Travis County the sum of 44,915 in cash.

>> judge, I move the court authorize legal to submit the proposed amendments to the sublease agreement and the concessions contract between Travis County and the star of Texas fair and rodeo to the star of Texas fair and rodeo.

>> I second that, judge.
one of the star of Texas rodeo representatives called me and we discussed some of the language involved to the -- to the Texas relay and other events.
but I can support that.
but I really would like further discussion, if possible.

34 we discussed, that item is the potential purchase of real estate along airport boulevard.
this is an item that we've been trying to close for several months now.
and we have finally -- negotiated to the sum of $750,000, which is where the county started months ago.
move that we reject the counteroffer from the owner of property and that we submit a counter, another counter from Travis County, in which we state the $750,000 with a lease back for 24 months and $500 -- at $500 per month.

we discussed number 35, the matter involving potential purchase of real estate in central Austin.
additional work needs to be done between now and next Tuesday.
this matter will be back on the court's agenda for further discussion and appropriate action.

36 we discussed also with legal counsel and in my view no action today.
we have indicated that we will have that on the court's agenda next week for an open court discussion.
as well as any necessary follow-up communication with legal counsel and action of some sort.

i move that we direct staff to proceed with putting together an appropriate agreement, plus give additional thought to how the county would use this space and we said that we would have it back on the court's agenda in three weeks, didn't we?
