Travis County Commissioners Court
November 17, 2009,
Item 22
>> number 22, consider and take appropriate action on budget amendments, transfers and discussion items.
>> second.
>> the request was to approve this one after 18.
anything we need to hear?
>> judge, did I understand you did not take action on the previous item other than c?
oh, you did?
>> we approved c.
>> okay.
>> that's the reclass.
>> a-3 is the only one that would be in question because it's directly related to the item before -- that joe was just speaking of.
so if you -- if you want to take action on it, obviously, but --
>> we did.
>> we did.
>> we just approved it.
>> the reclass.
>> a-3 for $250,000.
a-3 is for consultant assistance.
>> my apologize.
>> we haven't approved that yet.
that's the motion.
and a second.
>> all right.
>> so we approved joe's reclassifications, but what joe also said was he needed $250,000 for consultant assistance.
that's included this the budget amendments transfer.
>> that's correct.
>> there's a motion penning on that with a second.
>> okay.
>> okay?
>> yes, sir.
>> discussion?
so that would be up to, and if we're going to do it, we may as well put them in the appropriate line items.
there's been an earmark there anyway, right?
>> yes, sir.
>> all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
>> thank you, judge.
>> does that include a-1 and 2?
>> yes.
we did on all of the budget amendments and transfers.
now 19, really I didn't have any issues with it.
