receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two five-foot public utility easements located along the common lot line of lots 44 and 45, block n of apache shores, section five subdivision.

the purpose of this hearing is to vacate these public utility easements so that the owner can build a residence and a septic across the common lot lines and not encroach into any easements.
we have contacted the public utilities in the area and we know of no objection to this vacation.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
