mr.
reeferseed has a question.

>> oh, okay.
just -- just general question, statement along these lines of how we would save untold gazillions of dollars, untold man hours and thus redirect our public security personnel to -- to solve real problems if we would just come to grips with the -- with the liberating farmers, you know, if we would just demand our president to -- for those executive orders, liberating farmers to grow hemp and liberating markets all over the country and saving -- citizens -- you know, on medicinal value, obviously.
there's over half a million citizens right now rotting behind bars because of non-violent marijuana offenses, it's just an ongoing crime, it's a crime against the world.
the president has an opportunity here.
about these issues.
so whenever we talk about these -- I think that we have to say what we can.
oh, one little thing, I have got to say about this, if you don't mind.
that is that this very weekend

>> [indiscernible] close to -- I came close to being killed seriously on the streets of Austin, because these kids, these kids who are coming back, these veterans, I love 'em, I work for them, I'm trying to help save their lives.
the ones who are just the fresh veterans, just got off the boat or whatever, they are still wound up.
this one kid I was gosh I guess about 45 minutes talking to him, he kept telling me that he was going to waste me, he wasted all of these other people over there.
he kept demanding how many friends of his had died and there's 25 of his friends had died in front of him and he killed all of these other people.
couldn't seem to understand that -- that, you know, the basic, basic part of our government, what they were fighting for is the freedom for people like me to try to stop the idiocy.
he came literally within I don't know, I escaped, they assaulted me, took my sign, you see one of my signs I've been carrying they just took off and I managed to wrestle that deborah medina sign from them.
but it's just so -- I don't know, I'm -- I'm obviously a little shaken up by the whole thing.
i think that it's relevant to our city and wanting to stay on top of the world as we are and it's so basic on political speech, you know, these soldiers.
i'm trying to save their lives and they have been so propagandized, he wasn't the only one, maybe half dozen in total, all night were nudging me and trying to take my sign down or whatever.
so we just need to calm down and really actually not calm down.
we need to get more out on the street and confront each over and share the information and that's basically what I want to say.
thank you.
thanks for this outlet.

>> I move approval of 14 a and b.

>> second.

>> discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
joe, are you next door?
joe gieselman?
