seven.

>> we discussed b yesterday and, in my view rather than get it presentation today, we want to at least have four members of the court here and wait and be ready to take action on b.
city of Austin is -- is there any objection to that?

>> no.
joe appreciates the opportunity to appear before us as much as he can, but even he agreed that rather than do this twice, once next week is probably better.
last week we, in a, requested various members, requested Commissioners to recommend a member for appointment to the city of Austin citizen's advisory committee on a plan, a member and alternate, and we did get responses.
this morning I got ms.
Huber's, too.
did y'all get those?

>> yes.

>> okay.
okay.
okay.
from Commissioner Eckhardt, we have mark lend and much waynend -- waynend as the alternate and Commissioner Huber, iates as the appointee -- yates and the a.m.nary is torgiomson, and Commissioner go those primary appointment is william b.filgers and alternate is pending.
anything from Commissioner Davis?
we have jack gullahorn as appointee and the alternate is judy holeen, holden, and from the judge we have no objection to these appointments, so we can communicate this to the city of Austin, assuming this motion passes and there is a motion, can we get you to do that for us, joe?
so we are just one short of primary appointments and alternates and we will get that one in the near future.
and let's just give those to --

>> okay.

>> if -- if you have copies already, give them back to me.
move for approval of those appointments?

>> second.
cushion?
all those in favor?
this passes by unanimous vote.
