part of that grant is to pass this resolution which restricts mining on the park property.
we had no intentions of doing that anyway, so fairly simple, straightforward.
we also have known habitat on the property and this is setting aside 25-some-odd acres to protect that area.

this is a requirement of Texas parks and wildlife.
certainly if the court wants to suggest that the bcp committee consider this as part of the area, I think that would be appropriate.
