Then let's go to the consent items.
and posted for consent are c 1 and c 2.
c 1 and c 2.
let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
and if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number of item.
number 3,.
4 a and b,.
5, 6, 7, 8, and that's the grand opening of the new building 12 complex at the del valle correctional complex on October 28th, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.
for the public.
october 28th, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.
9 we postponed.
item 10, 11.

>> judge, may we do a brief layout on 10 and 11 for the people --

>> 10 and 11.

>> yes.

>> okay.

>> 12, 14 the consent item, public hearing item, number 15, 17, I'm advised on 16 that 1:30 presentation will take about 30 minutes.
the council on at risk youth.
so 17, 19, actually on 18 there was just one little word that was left out.
but I'm told that that word is very, very minor and it's okay to approve it like it is.
so 18 is recommended.

>> okay.

>> the ctac contract for security.
okay, 19 I just called.
from there we go to 24, and then to a 4, a 4 really is just notice, I assume that when the governor appoints a district judge, the county's responsibility to pick up the costs of the various things that we provide for all of the other judges simply remains intact.

>> right.

>> okay.

>> so --

>> move approval of the consent items.

>> for the public, jeffrey l.
rose has been appointed district judge of the 353rd judicial district court by the governor.

>> move approval of the consent items.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these for separate discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
