i think on 19 we need to take in executive session, get a little legal advice on some of those options.
on 38 we need to take this afternoon if we're coming back.
ms.
roberts, who used to work for the county, wants to come down and we were trying to accommodate her schedule more than anything else.
so it looks like we have come -- really a-1 -- john, I'm thinking a-1, my question is can we legally do that.
the question goes to -- it looks like a retroactive application, to me.
okay, let's just announce it then.
if it turns up not being a legal question, we'll come back in and discuss it.
that was my only issue with it.
