47, consider and take appropriate action on issues arise out of sublease agreement and concessions between Travis County and star of Texas rodeo.

48, consider and take appropriate action regarding the acquisition of certain real property by happen at that time for humanity as part of the Travis County 2006 and 2007 community development block grant plan.

and number 49, consider -- receive briefing and take appropriate action regarding status of the lease agreement with Travis County community supervision and corrections department for the smart construction project.

47 is a matter involving the sublease dpreament with -- and concessions contract between Travis County and the star of Texas rodeo.

>> judge, I have a couple of motions here.
first I authorize the county -- move that we authorize the county attorney's office to, one, submit to the star of Texas fair and rodeo county amendments amending concessions contract and sublease agreement containing the terms and conditions presented and discussed in executive session or terms substantially similar to those discussed.
and two, if accepted by star of Texas fair and rodeo, to authorize judge Biscoe to execute those amendments.

>> I also authorize -- move that we authorize Travis County purchasing office to issue a purchase order for inspection services completed in accordance with the 2009 operating agreement between the county and the star of Texas fair and rodeo and authorize the auditor's office to pay the invoice of $3,060 to csf services.

also to request that the purchasing agent and auditor expedite payment of that purchase order to the extent possible.
we appreciate the patience of the vendor with whom we are working for the first time.
hopefully not the last.
number 48 is the matter involving the potential purchase of certain real property by habitat for humanity as part of the Travis County 2006 and 2007 community development block grant plan.
i move that we notify habitat for humanity that the county will not use cdbg funds to purchase the land in question for the reasons that have previously been called to their attention.
