Consent

View captioned video.

That does it for citizens communication, the consent items are next.
and posted for consent are -- c 1 through c 5, c 1 through c 5, all of those are ready for action.
let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number of item.
number 7,.
9 a and b, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16 a and b by the way these are contract renewals.
for the most part.
17 where we extend for 12 months.
18, 19, 20, 21, and the two -- first two items we had public hearings on, number 22 and 23, then to 24, 25, number 26 and 26 is also evidenced by a resolution and same schedule, everything else, just a -- an extension of the-- of the fee schedule.
number 20 -- nope, not that one.
number 30.

>> judge, number 30?

>> call it up separately?

>> yes, sir.

>> okay.

>> 30 we will call up separately.
is that all of 30?

>> no, sir, just j.
anybody want to us call up any other part of that?
30 h, I think, we ought to note for the record that the amount being deobligated is 16,065.03.
started out at a $50,000 grant and we have spent all of it except $16,065.03, which must go back to the state if we deobligate it.

>> so we did it for less than we thought we could.

>> we certainly did.
approve so we are calling up j separately, the rest of 30 is included in the consent motion.
okay.
number 31, 32 then to 37,.
and the amount there is $8,638.
this will be paid from the grant funds.
37, not to exceed $8,638.
39 and 41.
would anyone like for to us pull any of these items for separate discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
