Now let's call to order the capital industrial development corporation and the Travis County cultural education facilities finance corporation.
first item common to both considerations is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve minutes of board of directors meetings of June 23rd and July 7th, 2009.

number 2, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve budget for fiscal year 2010.
>> and on these two corporations, they have -- the only revenue they have is interest income.
they have fairly small balances and expenses.
so their budgets are like in prior years are not -- not very significant.

>> it was on the same page with the health facilities corporation.
>> oh, okay.
>> I mean, it has -- the capital industrial has a little less than $7,000 beginning balance and the cultural education has a little more than $11,000.
>> you were just trying to comply with this court's request that we minimize the number of paper, the amount of paper we generate.
>> that's right.
