We got three or four people here on item 33, consider and take appropriate action on the following request for the 2009 brown santa 5-k and kids k.
on Sunday, December 6, 2009, a, a wellness fair to be held at the Travis County exposition center banquet hall at discounted rates.
we've discounted these rates in the past.

>> and are we asking for similar discount?

>> similar discount and similar program.
wellness fair and 5-k race.

>> okay.
anything on a, mr.
khoury or mr.
norton?

>> we support the discount of the clinic is asking for.

>> b is to authorize wellness committee to solicit vendors and sponsors to participate in the wellness fair.
we've been doing that annually.

>> yes, we have.

>> no problems as far as we know.

>> and c, printing up 5,000 registration forms, flyers.

>> and Commissioner Eckhardt has asked the question about cost, and the cost for printing would be between 120 and $150.
depending on how much is printed.
donna has a little more information about that.

>> actually this year we've chosen to go more green, is that how they say it, and we're not going to do a paycheck flier this year.
we're going to keep it on the channel 17 constantly rolling through.
and, of course, online registration, we'll be encouraging that.

>> okay, and part of a, b and c is for the county to ask the health facilities development corporation to contribute $1,400 to this effort.

>> yes.
i think that's the --

>> it's in the backup, right?

>> that's the amount for the expo center.

>> okay, so that would be the amount in a, and basically we're asking health facilities development corporation to pay that.

>> yes.

>> anything else?

>> move approval of all those items.

>> second.
