Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a portion of old manor road and boyce lane in precinct 1.

this is a public hearing to receive comments regarding t.n.r.'s recommendation to vacate portions of boyce lane and a portion of old highway 20 right-of-way.
that is no longer need as a result of a -- of a partnership agreement that we entered into with -- with developers in that area who have -- who have constructed a portion of parmer lane and reconstructed a portion of old highway 20.
therefore mitigating the need for these piece -- these pieces of right-of-way.
the properties are abutted by the developer partners and partnerships that were participants in the project.
we are aware of no objections to this proposal.
boyce lane, in particular, has already been obliterated and replaced with a piece of parmer lane, which is gone.
also related to this is item no.
25 which will be the actual acceptance of the parmer lane improvements which replace this roadway.
