And your final item today?

>> my final item --

>> 33, consider and take appropriate action from county clerk to reclassify election temporary payroll slots from the election special revenue fund 056 to the general fund 001.

>> this is a -- this is a budgeting and personnel item to handle the many, many people who help us conduct elections.
what we're trying to do is cut down on some of the paperwork for the thousands of people that we hire, to work elections, especially elections day.
we want to put them all into the general fund under one paf, so that we don't have to keep running paf's for them for different elections, they will be in one category and then if we need to, if we need to, use people according to their time sheets and allocations to be billed back to another institution pursuant to their contract with us, we can easily do that through the auditor and through p.b.o.
and then make the transfer in one lump sum instead of -- instead of moving -- the employees individually into the different funds in accounting for them that way, so it will be a more streamlined approach.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> planning and budget?
no problems?

>> no problems.

>> they helped us figure this out.

>> all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.

>> judge, may I have just one moment of your time to say thank you very much to all of the folks who -- who got an early start on combined charities for this year.
i would like to thank the -- the softball teams who -- who already have gotten started.
the -- congratulations to juvenile court.
the champions won first prize, the fuzz beat out everybody, even the county clerk's deputy dog, so it's good to be beaten by the best.
second prize went to Travis County swat and cscd, third prize to the rebels of facilities management.
so they started early, raising money, for -- for combined charities and this year chris stangland who is doing the art work for us, you have received I think a copy of the art work that he's going to do, you will see the tinman holding his heart out asking everybody in Travis County to give.
we have something new and special and fun this year.
we're going to be having a couple of exciting events.
but one of them is our combined charities talent show.
travis has got talent.
we encourage people to go online to the website, we'll be doing videos of people who can sing, dance and have other talents.
all to raise money, you can vote for your favorite talent and the top talent people who -- who get a vote online will then perform at the fall festival.
so we want to make giving money this year easy and fun.
thank you for that indulgence, I appreciate it.

>> thank you.

>> you are accepting leadership for this effort again, thank you, you did a fantastic job last year.
