this is section .18216 of the local government code.

>> [audio problems, please stand by] this is the plan that we submitted to you, this year is very similar to the ones that we have submitted in the past.
we're working on protecting the library and the last couple of years you have seen us take -- pay special attention to taking that entire library trying to digitize it and removing any personal numbers that process is call redaction, we want to put as many as we can

>> [indiscernible] I'm available for any questions that you would like to ask.

>> any questions from the court?
as an observation, this really is I guess the state's way of shifting the cost of -- of records and archiving and keeping those who use the court system

there -- there is a lot of it but we've played a lot of head way.
the process of taking care of these old records out of direct competition with services that it could not compete with.
there are more important things in county government.
to take care of an important library that was funded in a way by users of service.
