Now, number 8 is to consider and take appropriate action regarding a plat for recording in precinct three: revised plat of a portion of panoramic hills lot 37 (4 total lots).
we had this item on the agenda before.
and some residents came down to address the court on it.
and where we left it was staff was trying to get with those residents and the applicant and address some of the issues.

we did talk to some of the constituents who came down during the public hearing.
and we have not -- we have not -- there have been no new deed restrictions brought to our attention.
but we believe this continues to meet our requirements and recommend its approval.
