this item was on the agenda a few weeks ago and at that time we pulled it because we wanted to investigate a plat note from the original plat that spoke to this lot's ability -- or the adjacent lot's ability to have access.
what the owner has done, he has granted an access easement to himself, so that lot 1 a, which he owns, will have access.
so staff has -- staff recommends this motion.
