The consent items are next.
and posted for consent are c 1 and c 2, c 1 and c 2, let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion, if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item.
number 5, 6, 8,.
9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15,.
16,.

>> I have a question.
on 16.

>> on 16?

>> yes, sir.

>> on that one, we do the work, they pay us the cost plus 10%.
is that your question or you still got one?

>> I guess that pretty much -- I was just wondering the meaning about

>> [indiscernible] on interlocal?

>> since they are a small city, they have to do their own work bylaw or they can enter into an agreement with another governmental entity to do that work for them.
we're saying we'll do this work but you pay us what it costs us plus 10%.

>> that's great.

>> I reviewed that back, I had the same question when I saw the item.
that was your question right?

>> yes.

>> okay.
thanks.
so it's okay to put this on consent?

>> sure.
thank you, sir.

>> by the way, that was the same situation for number 17.

>> okay.

>> okay.
number 18, number 19 we are running out of time so we need to call that down, I'm told.
number 19.
that's a letter of credit.
number 21.
23,.
again I have a question.

>> I have a question on that.

>> we'll call 23 up.
24, all of 25.

>> uh-huh.

>> so that would be 25 a, b, c, d, e and f.
a lot of contracts in one application.
is that okay?

>> yes.
number 29.
33, and number 34.

>> judge, was 17 in your motion or not?

>> yes, sir.

>> yes.

>> thank you.

>> 16 and 17.

>> uh-huh.

>> okay.
and 34 we are setting a hearing for on the 25th.
typically, normally, we set those for like 2:30 in the afternoon.
so my intention would be to do that, okay?

>> uh-huh.

>> 2:30 in the afternoon, get an hour aside, you are looking at -- give an hour a side, you are looking at least two hours.

>> right?

>> yes.

>> was there a motion?

>> yes.

>> second?

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these for separate discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
