Now let's call to order the Travis County health facilities development corporation and the capital industrial development corporation.
one item common to both corporations, consider and take appropriate action on request by the depository bank to execute the following: a, form w-9.
b, certificate regarding accounts.
and c, certificate of incumbency.
>> this is similar to items c and d on item number 2 for the Travis County housing finance corporation in that they -- the bank looked at their records and found that these were documents that they have asked the corporations to execute because they didn't have those in their files and they wished to have executed files on all their corporation accounts.
so we recommend that you approve these, and these are normal bank documents that -- it's a reasonable request.
