Number 3 is to consider and take appropriate action regarding prohibition of outdoor burning in the unincorporated areas of Travis County.
good morning, judge, Commissioners.

our current kbdi is 706, which is up about 30 points from the last time we were here.
while there are some showers in our short-term forecast, there are also seven days of temperatures at 100-degrees or more.
the current order prohibiting outdoor burning does not expire until August 19th, so we'll -- we have another week and then the item has been prepared for your consideration.
at that time our recommendation at this time is to -- to leave the order in place.

by taking no action, the -- on the order, it stays in place.
questions should be directed to the fire marshal's office or any member of the Commissioners court.
