Number two is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate six five-foot public utility and drainage easements located along the common lot lines of lots 11 and 12, lots 12 and 13 and lots 13 and 14, block b, section one, kingsbery park subdivision

the purpose of this vacation request is so that the owners can be permitted to -- so Travis County can issue a permit to the -- to the owners for a septic system and not encroach in the utility easement.
also, to clean up the situation where there are some improvements already in place in the area of these easements.
we have talked to the utility companies and we have information from their engineer supporting the drainage easement being vacated and we know of no objection.
