Number 13 is consider and take appropriate action on a request to compensate property owner $6,410 in lieu of constructing a fence as part of the anderson mill road expansion project right-of-way acquisition agreement.
i think there's one question from mr.

i was just wondering, does the fence cost $6,410?

>> and the owner is saying just give me the money and I'll take care of it and we said as long as you take responsibility of the fence thereafter.
either way we spend the $6,410 to comport with our past agreement.
