Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two five-foot public utility easements located along the common lot line of lots 10 and 11, block b of apache shores, section 7 subdivision.

the purpose of this action is to vacate a five-foot public utility easement in between the two lots so that the owner can build his house on the middle of the two lots.
we did what we usually do in a situation and get input from the utility companies and we've heard of no objection to this item.
so staff recommends it.
