number 21, consider and take appropriate action regarding proposal for downtown office building by d2000, a turn key development company.

30, consider and take appropriate action on offer to sell approximately 29.35 acres of undeveloped land located west of loop 360 between rm 222 and spicewood springs road in precinct 3 for addition to balcones canyonlands preserve.

and 31, consider and take appropriate action regarding security committee recommendations for the fiscal year 2010.
and this is under the security exception to the open meetings act.
we will discuss these items in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.

-- session where we announced the items including, item 21 matter involving for propose of downtown proopposed for a turnkey development company, I move we authorize a county judge to take the language in the proposed resolution, reduce it to a letter.
basically indicating the same content and that we authorize two members out of Commissioners court to serve as county representatives instead of just one, and that we have it back on the court's agenda for approval next Tuesday.

davis abstaining, we did not discuss item 23 and because of our discussion in 22, with legal counsel but we will have 23 back on at the same time we have 2 back on, that is July 28th.

twenty-four is the matter involved the proposing (warnecker enterprises, llc resale deed).
1 for the judge to execute the proposed tax resale deed because the warnecker enterprises llc had played $6,033 in cash.

item number 27 is a when the ter of settlement offer of a payment owed for star flight services rendered to maria villarreal, and I move that we offer to settle this matter for $4,876 contingent upon the county actually being paid this money.

number 28, we did discuss and in my view need to postpone it at least one week to allow additional time for research andn looking into ownership of the vehicle in question.

then it will be back on the court's agenda the 21st of July of 2009.
twenty-nine is a matter involved tray taylor who damaged county owned guardrail, I move we authorize the county attorney to file a lawsuit.

thirty is an offer to sale Travis County 29.35-acres of undeveloped land located west of loop 360 when rm2222 and spice wood springs road.
i move that we agree to -- I move we approve the agreement to settle this and acquire this land for $1,042,000 and erecting a sign on said properties that three feet by three feet indicateg that owners sold the property to Travis County.

by the way that is the amount of the appraisal that Travis County did.

number 31, we did discuss security recommendations with the security committee as swell as our planning and budget -- as well as our planning and budget office, and in my view, any action required today?

at some point we need to come back -- it will come back as either a budget item or a security item or both.
but we will make sure we do it in plenty of time to take action.
