Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a 25-foot by 194.01-foot (.11-acre) drainage easement as recorded in volume 12390, page 558 of the real property records of Travis County, Texas, located across a portion of lot 5, block a, paleface ranch subdivision, section 2 b as recorded in book 95, page 86 of the plat records of Travis County, Texas.

the purpose of this agenda item is to vacate a drainage easement so the homeowner can put their septic field in this location.
the homeowner is dedicating a replacement drainage easement elsewhere on the lot.
we have reviewed the application and our engineers have looked at this and they are agreeable to the new drainage easement and the old drainage easement being vacated.

>> in our professional opinion, will the new drainage easement be as effective or more effective than the current one?

>> yes, sir.

>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
