Now let's call back to order the voting session of the Travis County Commissioners court.

grams, I think that because I announced that we would postpone 29 this morning, I think we have to bring that back.

a-2, receive briefing and take -- from county attorney and take appropriate action to accept, reject or counter settlement offer in peggy mannian versus the county of travis, by and through greg hamilton as sheriff of Travis County.
and this will be taken up in executive session under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act.
this morning we announced that we would postpone 31 until next week.
32, consider and take appropriate action regarding contract award for brokerage services for the Travis County central campus with ugl equiz corporation, firm selected for contract negotiation, consultation with attorney exception.

>> 33, consider and take appropriate action on an offer to sell approximately 90 acres of undeveloped land in precinct four, located east of u.s.
183 and onion creek, for inclusion in the onion creek open space parkland 2005 bond program.
consultation with attorney and real estate exceptions.
34, consider and take appropriate action of an offer to sell approximately 12.3 acres of undeveloped land located north of rm 2222 and west of loop 360 in precinct three for addition to the balcones canyon lands preserve.
that will be under the consultation with attorney and real estate exceptions.
35, receive legal briefing from county attorney and outside counsel, rene hicks, he is choir, and take appropriate action regarding the matter of northwest Austin m.u.d.
versus holder in the supreme court of the united states.
consultation with attorney exception.
36, consider and take appropriate action on an offer from the city of Austin, Austin energy to purchase easement rights over an approximately 7.46-acre tract of land for installation of electrical transmission lines across northeast metro park in precinct two.
consultation with attorney and real estate exceptions.
37, consider and take appropriate action regarding the potential purchase of real estate along airport boulevard.
consultation with attorney and real estate exceptions.
38, consider and take appropriate action regarding second amendment to purchase contract with grason volente investments limited for balcones canyon lands preserve.
consultation with attorney and real estate exceptions.
and the final item, number 39, receive legal briefing and take appropriate action regarding shumaker enterprises inc.
versus county of travis et al, consultation with attorney.
we'll discuss these matters in executive session, but return to open court before taking any action.

the supreme court decision recently handed down.
in my view no action today.
we'll have it back on in the future if we need to take action on that one or consider it further.
number 36 is the matter involving the offer from city of Austin, Austin energy, to purchase easement rights to approximately 7.46 acres of land in the northeast metro park in precinct 2.

>> I move that we offer sale of the easement for $504,330 with condition -- the condition of aligning the poles with the existing poles.
