29 is to consider and take appropriate action regarding addition of 2009 magnum flatbed trailer to the Travis County vehicle fleet for programs, grounds and maintenance use within the corrections bureau.
>> my understanding, judge, on that, was simply that they were borrowing the flatbed from tnr that they use at one of the satellite offices.
and the tnr was finding it difficult to continue loaning it out, and they would recommend that the sheriff's department purchase one for their use.
so it was my understanding on that item.

it surrounded the item, but I didn't know what else was happening.
did it go through the proper -- if so, it doesn't need a backup.

looks like they've already purchased this flatbed and they want us to accept it, which I assume means future maintenance if we it to the county's fleet.

i didn't know what it was about and I didn't have the backup and I didn't know if they were tferg transferring it from tnr and they were making an attempt to purchase one.
