>> second?

>> good morning, judge and Commissioners.
i'm steve
>> [inaudible] with the transportation resource department.
this public hearing is to receive comment regarding proposal to name a currently unnamed roadway bountiful place.
it's located in precinct 3.
we've communicated with the property owners and received three ballots in favor of the proposed name.
we've received no comments or any feedback of people opposing the name.
we would recommend the name be applied to this segment of roadway.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
if so, please come forward.
>> move the public hearing be closed --
>> I don't have any organized presentation about this, but I was just wondering the bountiful place as a name, well, I wouldn't have chosen it, but bountiful is a brand name and I'm afraid we would be inadvertently endorsing a brand product, you know, or as close to -- maybe not.
i don't know.
where did you all come up with that name, I'm wondering?
>> what typically happens is our addressing committee will identify names that are suitable or that have not already been selected or don't sound like a name that's already been selected so there's no confusion when an emergency vehicle is dispatched to the area.
it's a name that is first requested from the community themselves to see if they have any suggestions for that.
and if they don't have one, then we will do our best to come up with something.
there's no consideration given to brand names.
>> oh, okay.
thanks.
>> you're welcome.
>> would anyone else like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move the public hearing be closed.
>> second.
>> this will be action item number 5.
all in favor say aye?
that passes by unanimous vote.
