consider and take appropriate action on property tax rate considerations for the Travis County healthcare district.

>> 100% anticipated collection rate, optional homestead exemption of 65,000 or disabled and over 65 in the greater 5,000 or 20% for all other homesteads.
historical exemption of 100% on the structure, 50% on the land.
for residences or non-profit agencies for all other historical property and also note the buy down.
