porter, I think that brings to us executive session where we have one item.
since we postponed number 27.

adan balesteros versus Travis County Texas and bob vann in the 250th district court of Travis County Texas and that will be under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act.
we'll discuss this one item in executive session but will return to court before taking any action.

vann and his counsel and myself and Commissioner Huber and the county's counsel to listen -- as a listening team, essentially, to fully understand his complaint.
