we have reached the executive session items.
this morning we announced the postponement of item 23.
i need to postpone item 22.
i have not done the work that I thought that I would be able to do.

consider and take appropriate action regarding proposal for downtown office building by d2000, a turn key development company.
thisment be under consultation with attorney and real estate property exceptions.

consider and take appropriate action on potential modification to the existing license agreement between Texas disposal systems landfill, inc.
and Travis County for use of county-owned property located on rm 620 in precinct three.
consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act.
is there an agreement between -- between tds and precinct 3 or tds and Travis County?

receive legal briefing and take appropriate action regarding contract with g&m concessions at the Travis County exposition center: a, amendment to contract with g&m concessions to convert two one-year options to renew to a two-year extension; and b, authorize g and m concessions to purchase and install atm machines.

a related issue is a 2, consider and take appropriate action on service agreement with s.r.b.

We beginning with number 22, a matter involving a proposal by downtown office building by d 2000.
we did discuss this with legal counsel.

we'll have it back on at the appropriate time in the future.

24 is a matter involving the lease agreement between Travis County and the Texas disposal systems landfill, inc.
move that we authorize the county attorney's office to -- to -- to share two alternative counter offers to the offer to settle this matter with the attorney for Texas disposal systems landfill, inc., from whom we received the tds offer.

the possible sale of county-owned land off of f.m.
969 in east Austin.
move that we authorize an additional and follow-up survey, to sort of supplemental survey to what we have done already that we authorize staff and the broker to negotiate with the buyers for all or part -- all or partial reimbursement of the survey costs to Travis County.

the matter involving an alleged agreement between Travis County and srb ventures, dba atm guys, I move that we authorize the county attorney's office to notify this vendor of the termination of the agreement or alleged agreement that he has authorizing the use of atm machines at the Travis County expo center.

item 26 is a request to -- to convert two one-year options to renew to a straight two-year extension.
i move that we grant that request and further we authorize g and m concessions to purchase and install atm machines at the expo center as part of our concession agreement.

i think it should be two separate distinct things, so I can't vote for this, when they are combined like that.

>> that's up to the court.
i have described the terms of the proposed amendment this afternoon, but I'm happy to bring it back in final form if you prefer.

if there is something new and different, in a the -- that the court should address, we will put it back on the agenda for further court action.
