View captioned video.

Let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation.
item 1, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve contract amendment with Travis County in order to provide funds to convert a part-time senior financial and in list to full-time status for five months.
we have discussed this as the Commissioners court on at least a couple of occasions.

>> that's correct.
harvey Davis, manager of the corporation.
didn't know we were going to call up the housing corporation right now, but yes, it was approved.
the county approved it on consent last month and this request is to fund this position to the end of the year so that we can implement the neighborhood stabilization program that has been approved and submitted to the Texas department of housing and community affairs.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> do we know whether that grant has been awarded?

>> it has -- they have not announced the award, but we have been allocated the money by the state so we expect it to be awarded, and there have been no feedback or issues with the application that has been sent.

>> all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
of the board.
number 2, consider and take appropriate action on results of follow jerusalem compliance examination on mountain ranch apartments project.

>> I may as well speak on this.
mike gonzales did go out.
this is a continuation of an audit that was done about six months ago and we had issues with the mountain ranch apartments resolving around -- revolving around documentation of the tenants, low and moderate income tenants.
mike went out and did the follow-up audit and they -- the audit was extremely good.
they are in full compliance with their requirements and the regulatory agreement on the bond.
so we're asking you to approve a letter that's in the backup to be sent to them notifying them that they are in compliance with their requirements.

>> so moved.

>>

>> [inaudible] to michael who is not here, it was excellent letter and shows a really compassionate corporate culture inside the housing corporation.

>> we're approving the letter plus the invoice of $500.

>> oh, that's right, there is an invoice.

>> discussion?

>> so we do want to send the invoice.

>> all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.

>> move adjourn.

>> second.

>> all in favor?
that carries unanimously also.
see you all at 1:30.
