Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding plat for recording in precinct three, revised lot plat for lots 38 and 40, block d, belvedere phase one subdivision.

the purpose of this hearing is to readjust a common lot line between the two lots, approximately 30 feet to make the lots more usable for both owners.
i know of no objections and this meets our requirements.
