we previously announced the postponement of 34 until next week.
35, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action concerning the extension of administrative leave with pay for juvenile probation department employee in slot number 348.
consultation with attorney and personnel matters exceptions to the open meetings act.
we will discuss these three items in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.

beginning with number 32, the matter involving grayson voa lent investments limited, move that we approve the first proposed amendment to the contract.

we discussed number 33 briefly, and move that we authorize staff to put together a formal counter to the proposal that we received so we can touch base with representatives of the Texas disposal system's landfill, inc.
and try to resolve outstanding differences.
