one is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct two: bell grand avenue business park, a resubdivision of the replat of lot 25, block j, north park subdivision section 2.

the purpose of this hearing is to split one lot into two lots.
one would be approximately two acres and the second would be 6.41-acres.
we -- we put signs up, did all of the normal things that we do with public notice.
we have heard no objections to this subdivision.
