pete is in training this week so I'll try to step in on his behalf regarding this.
this is simply an application form that -- certification form that allows us to be registered with the Texas regional response network.
this is due to the fact that we receive homeland security assets through the homeland security grants.
and so in order to be able to continue to receive those monies, we have to go ahead and be part of this website, this web-based application that actually tells the state exactly what it is that we purchase, anything over 5,000, and so it's a tracking system for the state.
and so this is just a request to allow us to send this certification letter and let us be registered with the Texas regional response network.
