>> no.
good morning, christie moffett, Travis County health and human services.
so this action is related to the regular cdbg allocation that we receive a annually from h.u.d.
so as a part of our system participation plan we are required to have a 30-day comment period as well as two public hearings during that 30-day public comment period to receive comments about proposed actions and uses of cdbg funds for program year 2009 which spans from October 1st until -- October 1st of 2009 to September 30th of 2010.
so we're requesting that June 24th through July 23rd be the 30-day public comment period to review that plan.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> and is that approval of the dates for the actions in 14 a, just a?
discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.

>> and then the two public hearings which will be here at Commissioners court at k-9d a.m.
on June -- at 9:00 a.m.
on June 30th and July 14th.

>> move approval of 14 b?

>> second.

>> discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.

>> and then finally attached you have the draft of the ads in english and in spanish to go into newspapers of general circulation.
we target those newspaper advertisements to newspapers out in the unincorporated areas as well as spanish language papers to ensure that we have full coverage and so we're requesting approval of those ads.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.

>> judge, just to clarify, these actions are required because of advertising deadlines.
the court has yet to review and approve your projects for the plan year '09, but we do need to have these items approved prior to your approval of the project so that we can get in the queue for our advertising.

>> and to see the time line for the action plan you can look at attachment a and it gives you the dates of when staff anticipate coming back to you with those things.

>> okay.
we are informed.

>> thank you.
