we have recessed the voting session of the Travis County Commissioners court.
so let's call to facilities development corporation appropriate action on request to approve a grant agreement with southwest key programs, inc.
>> good afternoon, my name is
>> [indiscernible] today we are approving or considering approval of the grant agreement, the grant agreement was approved for commitment for $100,000 in grant funds to southwest key, it was approved on sent 16th, 2008, for finalizing the construction of an east Austin community development project located on 6002 jane lane.
one thing that I did want to note is on the agreement itself, we included a recital, specifically a portion that's occupied that a project would include a space to serve as a medical examination room.
the space will be utilized to provide health-related services, including but not limited to annual physical exams, immunization, supplies by local physicians and health care providers.
i believe that you were just passed out a small map of the building that shows where the examination room was going to be or is going to be located.
the total amount was for 100,000, it was for this current fiscal year only.
i believe they have pretty much completed construction and they also have their -- their certificates of occupancy already, so I do imagine we will again invoice pretty soon if this is approved for the total funding.
we do have representatives here from southwest key.

the board made the commitment and then we have been working with southwest key to draft the final grant agreement that pretty much specifies the requirements on both sides.
