Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a 10 foot public utility easement located parallel to the southwesterly lot line of lot 8 of rockcliff estates subdivision.

the purpose of this vacation is to also cure an encroachment into the easement and approving this vacation will allow the owners to complete a pending sale.
the utility companies known to operate in the area were contacted and no one had a problem with the release of the easement and staff knows of no objections to this proposed action.
