Now, let's call back to order the voting session of the Travis County Commissioners court.
i think we got to executive session this morning, didn't we?
we previously announced that item no.
32 is postponed because the broker had an emergency to come up.
33.
receive update regarding parke owners association relationship to county balcones canyonland preserve land and take appropriate action.
this is under the consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act.
and item 34.
receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action in matthew doolittle vs.
john charles loughran, individually and as representative of the Travis County sheriff's office, Travis County sheriff's office and Travis County.
and this is under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act.
we will discuss these two items in executive session, but we'll return to open court before taking any action.


Question of returned from executive session and discussed the announced that -- items.
the number 33, involving parquet ownership relationship and their relationship to the bcp preserve land.
move that we authorize the two county staff currently on the board to seek reelection and we authorize them to take reasonable steps to obtain a third member.
or third Travis County representative.
and that they work with legal to come up with a permanent strategy or solution to this issue.
