ps070232dg, mwm design group, for additional professional surveying services at lot 3c, smart facility.
>> good morning, judge, Commissioners, marvin bryyce.
this is to an existing contract, it will allow for additional boundary surveying at the smart facility.
basically in preparation for some new construction that's going to take place out there to facilitate this construction.
as well as design and permitting.
going to increase the contract by about $10,000.
this is part of our -- this contract is part of our prequalified list that we have for surveyors.
so that does the --

just getting up to speed on things.

>> since we have a global contract here for surveying as it relates to this project, what's the acreage out there?
>> I'm sorry, ma'am?
>> what is the acreage out there?
the facility.
>> oh, it's around four.
>> throw and a half.
>> three and a half acres.
>> we are going to close on it on Friday or Thursday.

and what are the stages of surveying that may be looked at as it relates to this project.
>> I'm an architect with facilities management.
this survey is a boundary survey and the topographical survey.
we are going to use this to confirm where the trees are, design, permitting like marvin said.
>> will there be additional surveying required.
>> there shouldn't be, no.
>> okay.
