>> second.

>> we are declaring a whole lot in this one proclamation, aren't we?

>> thank you, judge.
and Commissioners.
on behalf of Travis County employees, christine mills and I are very privileged to sit here and receive that proclamation.
we are very appreciative as the human resources department, as I know you are as Commissioners, of the services and commitment of all of our Travis County employee.
we recognize them in the month of may, they are special of course not only to them but to human resources, we will be putting the banner out front.

>> by the end of the week.

>> also to remind everyone that we will have the may 12th employee recognition for those with 20 through 35 years of service.
so we look forward to that.

>>

>> [indiscernible]

>> I just had a thought.

>> uh-huh.

>> what if we on may 12th schedule the employee recognition from, say, 1:30 to 2:30.

>> okay.

>> because it's always been in the morning, sort of rushed through it and -- and if we do it that way, the employees will come up sort of after lunch.
it may be better than us calling it up.
like 9:30 or 10:00, a few items before a long list of items afterwards.
but I think 1:30 would -- giving that some thought.
if it will work, I just think we ought to post it at 1:30 on the agenda so the world will know.

>> we would appreciate that.
i know that the designated time like that would be very much appreciated.

>> and help us, really.

>> very good, we look forward to may 12th.

>> any more discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.

>> thank you.

>> thank you all.

>> > draft this resolution.

>> mine are normally two pages that's why I asked.
everybody else manages to do it in one page.

>> we will see what we can do next year on that.
thank you.

>> thank you.

>> when we do this, you have to receive it.

>> county policy.

>> [laughter] of.
