and we will now convene the -- call too order the Travis County housing finance corporation.item 1, consider and take appropriate action on minutes of board of directors meetings of March 10 and 24, 2009.

item 2, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve payment to deloitte and touche llp for audit of component unit corporations.

item 3, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an application to the Texas kept of housing and community affairs for neighborhood stabilization program funding.
I move approval.

item 4, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve a grant application for funding from the Texas department of housing and community affairs for a 2009-2010 home buyer assistance program.
I move approval.

>> by approving this application, you are approving a payment of an application fee of $30 and you are approving a match of 5 percent of the grant so that -- so you're committing $15,000 of general fund -- housing corporation's general fund to the program, which will be in the plan.
it will be divided between grants to homeowners and home buyer education.
and the -- this plan will have a 425-dollar grant to each home buyer that closes.
and one other change on this program is that in the past we have not charged an application fee, and the plan would be to charge a 50-dollar application fee for each homeowner that applies for the program.
