The second item that we need to approve today is item 30.
and that is to consider and take appropriate action on order from county judge delegating the function of the Texas alcoholic beverage commission license and permit approvals to Commissioner Margaret Gomez for all applications presented beginning on Monday, April 20th, 2009, until close of business on Friday, April 24th, 2009.
