>> now, let's pick up consent, because probably some folk are waiting to see if they need to come to court this afternoon and I think it will be this afternoon before we get to some of the items.
but posted for consent are c 1 and c 2, c 1 and c 2.

>> I need to abstain on the March 26th, 2009 minutes.

>> all right.
that's number 2?

>> yes, sir.

>> all right.
then number 18 be part of the consent.
not number -- number 1 will be part of consent, not number 2.
and let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion, if you would like for us to discuss -- any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item.
number 5, all of number 6, 6 a is a big item, but I think that in view of the total circumstances we probably have no choice and it's a good idea at this time.
so 6 a through 6 f.
number 7, 8 a and b, then to 16,.
17 a and b, now, on number 18, I have a note here -- that says item 18 g, is pulled per purchasing.
and I'm not sure what my note says about -- all right.
i just understand it.
on 18 c, we are looking at item 9 only.
not -- not the

>> [indiscernible] 16.
okay.
so we are recommending 18 a through -- a and b and c for item 9 only, then d, e, f, h, and we're pulling out g.
now, with those changes is that okay for consent?

>> yes.

>> all of number 19.
19 a through h.
number 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 is request for reappointment, do we need to discuss that one?

>> no.

>> that's consent.

>> is it okay for consent?
all right.
we will put 25 on consent, the reappointment of mikhail meade to the ctrma board.

>> I would say because she had not a complete term before, although -- although in cases where it is a completed term, just from a policy standpoint, I would like to see us take applications.
but she --

>> that requires another agenda item.
discussion and action.
26,.

>> move approval of the consent items.

>> 26 is the last one.

>> > second that motion.

>> second.

>> discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.

Consent item 2.
approve Commissioners court minutes for voting sessions of March 24th and 26th 2009.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> discussion in all in favor?
show Commissioner Eckhardt an establishing.

>> I was absent on the 26th.

>> for that reason.
the rest of the court votes in favor.
