The consent items are next, and posted for consent is c 1.c 1, and let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
if anyone would like for us to discuss any of these separately please say so as we call out the number of the item.
7 a and b.

now, we needed to approve item no.
26, the management representation letter, before taking action on the co's, and the c o's really are part of 6 and 8.
do we need to discuss those?
the amendments and transfer is really adjusted tuition, adjusted reimbursement resolution.
