consider and take appropriate action on request to give permission to dru landrum to use the business name capital healthstaff, llc.

landrum sent us this request because he was trying to get a -- permission from the state to use the name when he incorporated and the state said he had to get the corporation's permission.
i discussed this with our attorney, cliff blunt.
we saw no reason to -- to put a road block, so we recommend the board permit him to use the name capital healthstaff, l.l.c.
