No.2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding the proposed vacation of two tracts of .313 and .179 acres, which comprise the drainage easement recorded as instrument number (200)808-7239 of the official public records of Travis County, Texas.

>> in this situation, we had a preliminary plan that was under review, and during the course of the review process the developer decided to dedicate these two drainage easements by separate instrument, but -- prior to them going -- the flim getting through the Commissioners process.
after the recorder record these drainage easements they made changes to their preliminary plan that aren't consistent with the drainage easements they recorded by separate instruments, so they'd like to vacate these easements.
tnr reviewed this, our engineers, and we do not need these easements for the preliminary plan that incidentally is now on today's agenda -- later on the agenda.
so we reviewed these easements, and the request to vacate them, and we do not have a problem with them being vacated.
