And item number 10 is to approve modification number 2 to contract number ps 070340 dg, vanderweil facility advisors, inc.for professional consulting services.

can you tell me exactly what they actually do?
for this service?
>> good morning.
i'm the director of facility management.
what this vendor does is he goes around the buildings and looks at the building condition and make an assessment from the architectural perspective and also from the equipment, making sure that the equipment is functioning well and also they rate them and also they say what it's life expectancy and that sort of thing.
so what we have, we collect all this data for us and we verify it and make sure that down the road that -- when we go to budget and we have any replacement of equipment we rely back on the assessment and move forward.
that's what we've been doing for sometime now.
>> the reason I brought this up is because of the fact that that within this particular contract I was wondering if there was any opportunities to look at the green aspects of the buildings, which we know that that currently there's a lot of effort to go green with buildings.
i think there was a platinum award that was granted to dell children's hospital, I guess here just recently, for the outstanding initiatives that they have dealt with as far as going green.
we have to look at the green initiative from those buildings.
>> okay.
>> but to make it 100% green or anything as an existing building we can't.
we're looking forward to any new buildings to come on board to be -- comply with the green initiative and the green policy.
>> okay.
i want to make sure that was inclusive.
